Delete your LiveNori account

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data from the app or request deletion by email if you cannot sign in.

Delete in the app

  1. Open LiveNori and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Under Account, choose Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address associated with your LiveNori account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What happens next

LiveNori removes your account, profile, food logs, journal entries, goals, and uploaded images according to our Privacy Notice. Records that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons are retained only for the required period.

Deleting your LiveNori account does not cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google. Cancel that subscription in the App Store or Google Play to prevent future renewals.
