CHILDREN'S PRIVACY NOTICE (COPPA)

Last Updated: June 12, 2026 Effective Date: June 12, 2026

This notice supplements our Privacy Notice and explains how Seven Six Labs LLC ("Seven Six Labs," "we," "us") complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506) and its implementing rule (16 C.F.R. Part 312) (collectively, "COPPA"), as well as analogous laws including the EU GDPR Article 8, the UK Age-Appropriate Design Code, and the California Consumer Privacy Act as it applies to minors.

1. THE LIVENORI SERVICE IS NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 13

The LiveNori mobile application and website at https://livenori.com (together, the "Service") are not directed to, designed for, or intended for use by children under 13 years of age. The Service is a wellness-tracking tool intended for adults aged 18 and older.

We do not knowingly collect, use, share, sell, or otherwise process personal information from any individual we know to be under 13. The App Store age rating for LiveNori reflects this restriction.

2. WHAT WE DO TO ENFORCE THIS

  • Our Terms of Service require all users to be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
  • Our sign-up flow requires age confirmation before account creation.
  • Marketing and onboarding content does not target children, does not feature child-oriented imagery, and does not use animated characters, child-celebrity endorsements, or other indicators of child-directedness under 16 C.F.R. § 312.2.
  • We do not display advertising in the Service and do not use the Service to deliver targeted advertising to anyone.
  • We do not use behavioral profiling on users under 18 in any jurisdiction.

3. WHAT IF A CHILD UNDER 13 USED THE SERVICE ANYWAY?

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete that information from our active and backup systems and terminate the account.

4. PARENT / GUARDIAN PROCEDURE

If you are a parent or legal guardian and you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please email privacy@livenori.com with the subject line "COPPA — Child Account Concern" and include:

  1. The child's name and approximate age;
  2. The email address used to register, if known;
  3. Your relationship to the child;
  4. A clear statement of the action you want us to take (typically: confirm whether information exists, provide a copy, and/or delete).

We will respond within 15 business days, in accordance with COPPA. We may ask for reasonable verification of your identity (such as a copy of a government ID, with sensitive fields redacted) before disclosing or deleting information about a child, to protect against unauthorized access. Verification documents will be deleted promptly after verification.

Under COPPA, you have the right to:

  • Review the personal information we have collected from your child.
  • Refuse further collection or use of your child's personal information.
  • Direct us to delete your child's personal information.

5. NO TREATING THE EXISTENCE OF AN UNDER-13 ACCOUNT AS A "MISTAKE WE GET TO KEEP"

If we ever launch a feature aimed at users between 13 and 17, or that would be considered "directed to children" under COPPA or analogous laws, we will:

  • Implement age-appropriate verification gates.
  • Obtain verifiable parental consent as required.
  • Update this notice and our Privacy Notice at least 30 days before the feature launches.
  • Honor data-minimization, no-targeted-advertising, and other obligations applicable to child users.

We have no current plans to launch such a feature.

6. THIRD-PARTY OPERATORS

We do not use third-party operators that knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our Service. Our service providers (listed in Section 6 of the Privacy Notice) act as our processors only and are contractually prohibited from independently collecting data from our users.

7. INTERNATIONAL EQUIVALENTS

  • EU / EEA: GDPR Article 8 sets the digital age of consent between 13 and 16 depending on the Member State; we do not knowingly collect data from minors below the local digital age of consent.
  • UK: The Age-Appropriate Design Code applies to services likely to be accessed by children. We do not target the Service at users under 18 and apply data-minimization, no-targeted-advertising, and high-privacy defaults to all users.
  • California: Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 22581 (the "California Eraser Law") gives minors under 18 who are registered users a right to request deletion of content they posted. We honor this for any user; submit a request to privacy@livenori.com.
  • Washington (My Health My Data Act): Provides additional protections for consumer health data, including for minors. See Section 9 of our Privacy Notice.
